ILLUSTRATED WORKSHEETS | LET’S CRAFT CAMPAIGN
I designed and illustrated two activity worksheets for the Crafts Council’s Let’s Craft campaign. The appeal was introduced in Spring 2020 to help keep children and young people engaged and creative during the Covid-19 lockdown.
Partners including Toast, Hobbycraft and Yodomo supported the campaign by providing materials for Let’s Craft Packs. I was invited by Yodomo to design and illustrate a collage activity sheet, and work closely with fellow Yodomo maker Hanbury Press to create a book-binding worksheet.
To kick off the appeal, Let’s Craft Packs were handed out to students at Bygrove Primary School in Poplar, just before breaking up for Summer, giving them access to basic art materials and creative activities to do over the holidays.
